Turntable cutting mat

Jeanette’s March Tip:
All you need is a non-skid turntable and small mat. (Lazy Susan)
Cut the mat in a circle to fit in the turntable. (I used a box cutter)
Crazy glue works good to glue mat in place.

Organize Your Patterns

Jeanette’s February Tip:
Select patterns from magazines, loose patterns or handouts you want to save.  Place them in clear plastic sleeves and keep in a binder.  This provides a quick way to find the pattern you want without having to look through all of your magazines.

Preserve Magazines

Jeanette’s January Tip:
If you have old quilting magazines that are about worn out, have them bound at the nearest Staples or other office store for around $2.  This way they won’t continue to fall apart and they will lay flat when you are using them.
