November 5- Diamonds Are Forever Workshop- Virginia and Barbara will conduct a workshop based on their pattern by the same name from their book “String Quilt Revival” This quilt is featured on the cover of the book and is simple enough for beginners. Bring a sack lunch, coffee and tea are provided. Cost is $35 and it will be at Faith Baptist Church, 5419 Tyler Loop Road in Pinson from 9:00am to 3:00pm. For more info contact Lena at 205-833-0631.

January 14- Sheila’s Porch- Virginia and Barbara will conduct a workshop on the pattern Sheila’s Porch from their book “String Quilt Revival” from 9:00am til 3:00pm at the Mt. Olive Community Center. This class uses the 5″ Charm square. Add a layer cake and a few fat quarters and you have a quilt top. Bring your own lunch, coffee and tea provided.
